We offer a professional color ring to ensure a perfect match. If you are a retail customer, we recommend visiting a Remi Cachet certified stylist or using our online color matching service by sending us a clear photo of your hair in natural light.
What is your return policy for hair extensions?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the hair extensions have not been removed from their original gold hygiene ties and the packaging is intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been handled or worn.
How long does shipping take for UK and international orders?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, with next-day delivery options available if ordered before 4 PM. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 5 to 10 working days.

Yes, our extensions are made from 100% human hair and can be styled with heat. However, we strongly recommend using a professional heat protectant spray and keeping tools below 180°C to maintain the longevity and health of the hair.
